A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances
totaling One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from a certain classification of
expenditure to another within the General Fund to meet the operating needs of the
District until the budget for the fiscal year 2002-2003 is adopted.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the sum total of One Million
Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operations Department
300-Utilities Account to the Department of Risk Management 413-Insurance
Account within the General Fund to meet the operating needs of the District for
the remainder of the fiscal year 2001-2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon adoption of the budget for the
fiscal year 2002-2003, this transfer shall be superseded by said budget.
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted July 18, 2002.
