WHEREAS, Mary Gassmann Reichert served on The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District's Board of Trustees from March 2000 through July 2002, and
WHEREAS, during her tenure, Ms. Reichert worked to protect the interests of
the District's customers, and
WHEREAS, she diligently worked for the passage of the MSD
Charter amendments in November 2000, and
WHEREAS, in her last full year Ms. Reichert served as Chairman of the Board
of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, her service to the District is but one many ways she has
contributed to the St. Louis community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people and the
citizens it serves, herewith expresses its gratitude to Mary Gassmann Reichert for
her service as a trustee and as the Chairman of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Board of Trustees for Fiscal Year 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that as a token of appreciation, a framed copy
of this resolution will be presented to Ms. Reichert.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 14, 2002.
