WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District desires to procure specialized legal consulting services pertaining to the
interpretation of the District’s Charter and the procedures regarding the Board’s
receipt of the Rate Commission’s recommendations, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the
Chairman and Vice-Chairman are hereby authorized to procure specialized legal
services pertaining to the interpretation of the District’s Charter and the
procedures regarding the Board’s receipt of the Rate Commission’s
recommendations.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 14, 2002.
