WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District desires to retain a firm of certified public accountants for
consulting services for the District’s Internal Audit operation on an interim
basis, until such time as the Board of Trustees makes an appointment to the
Internal Auditor position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the
Chairman and Vice Chairman are hereby authorized to retain a firm of certified
public accountants for consulting services for the District’s Internal Audit
operation on an interim basis, until such time as the Board of Trustees makes
an appointment to the Internal Auditor position.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 23, 2003.
