WHEREAS, Troy Dixson served the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from August 9, 1982, to his retirement effective November 1, 2002;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Surveyor Assistant, contributed to the development and progress of the District
and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Troy Dixson for his 20 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Troy Dixson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 23, 2003.
