WHEREAS, in 2000 the Director of Human Resources of the
District retained the services of Buck Consultants to perform a professional job
study to ensure that the salaries and other compensation and benefits of
District employees conform to the prevailing wages and conditions in the areas
affected by the Charter, and
WHEREAS, the Internal Auditor of the District has conducted a
compliance audit of the job study as performed by Buck Consultants and
issued certain recommendations pertaining to said job study, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees wishes to implement the
recommendations of the Internal Auditor for all future job studies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, THAT, the
recommendations of the Internal Auditor of the District pertaining to the 2000
job study as performed by Buck Consultants, be and are hereby adopted and
implemented for all future job studies.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 23, 2003.
