WHEREAS, Kenneth E. Roth served the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from August 12, 1959 to February 26, 1965 and from January
16, 1967 to his retirement effective March 1, 2003;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Collection Systems Operator I, contributed to the development and progress of
the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Kenneth E. Roth for his 41 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Kenneth E. Roth.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 20, 2003.
