WHEREAS, Charles Liscombe served the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from February 16, 1978 to his retirement effective May 1, 2003;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as an
Assistant Engineer, contributed to the development and progress of the District
and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Charles Liscombe for his 25 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Charles Liscombe.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 22, 2003.
