WHEREAS, Winfred Richardson served the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from July 19, 1988, to his retirement effective May 1, 2003;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Chemist, contributed to the development and progress of the District and to
the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Winfred Richardson for his 14 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Winfred Richardson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 12, 2003.
