WHEREAS, Don P. Moschenross has faithfully served The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as Director of Administration from
February 3, 1986, to his retirement effective July 1, 2003, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moschenross’ tireless energy, dedication and
loyalty have contributed to the development and progress of the District
and to the public which it serves, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moschenross was instrumental in the
formulation of the District’s Strategic and Operating Plan; led the efforts
for a District-wide customer service training program, and helped
institute the District’s Customer Service Department; and presided over
the District’s Employees’ Communication Committee, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moschenross acted as a District
representative and contact for federal, state and local governmental
officials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its
people, and the public it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to Don P. Moschenross for his 17 years of exemplary
service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, a copy of this expression be presented to Don P.
Moschenross.
