WHEREAS, James M. Strosnider served the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from October 29, 1979, to his retirement effective
January 1, 2004;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Heavy Equipment Mechanic, contributed to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its
people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its
greatest appreciation to James M. Strosnider for his 24 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mr. James M. Strosnider.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 8, 2004.
