WHEREAS, Claude Brown served The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District's Board of Trustees from March 2003 through February
2004, and
WHEREAS, during his tenure, Mr. Brown worked to protect
the interests of the District's citizens, and the St. Louis Community, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brown diligently worked for the passage of
the MSD Bond Issue in February 2004, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brown's service to the District is but one of
many ways he has contributed to the St. Louis Community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its
people and the citizens it serves, herewith expresses its gratitude to
Claude Brown for his service as a Trustee and as the Vice Chairman of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's Board of Trustees for Fiscal
Year 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that as a token of
appreciation, a framed copy of this Resolution be presented to Mr.
Brown.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 11, 2004.
