WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bond Issue Election of February
3, 2004, the District is desirous of performing a financial feasibility study
for the issuance of Series 2004a and 2004b Bonds, and
WHEREAS, the District has retained Black and Veatch to
assist the District in the completion of said feasibility study, and
WHEREAS, Black and Veatch has completed and submitted
said feasibility study for District approval, and
WHEREAS, said Black and Veatch feasibility study has been
reviewed by the District's staff and Finance Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the
acceptance of said feasibility study,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT,
THAT, the feasibility study as completed by Black and Veatch, be, and is
hereby adopted on behalf of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 1, 2004.
