HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2555R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2555 WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has been and will be filing periodically with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources applications for grants and loans to aid in the construction of projects to abate water pollution within the District's area of jurisdiction and responsibility, and WHEREAS, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources have requested that duly authorized representatives of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to be officially designated by the Board of Trustees in all matters pertaining to said grant and loan applications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that henceforth Jeffrey Theerman, the Acting Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall be the authorized representative for all grant and loan projects of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with full authority to sign and act for and on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District on all new and existing projects. Randy E. Hayman, the General Counsel of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, shall be designated to sign in the absence of the Acting Executive Director. All pertinent correspondence shall be directed to the Acting Executive Director. The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 22, 2004.
