WHEREAS, Martha A. Burks served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from May 19, 1986, to her retirement effective
August 1, 2004;
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Billing Representative, contributed to the development and progress of
the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its
people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its
greatest appreciation to Martha A. Burks for her 18 years of exemplary
service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mrs. Martha A. Burks.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 8, 2004.
