WHEREAS, Joseph J. Vishy served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from September 23, 1974, to his retirement effective
August 1, 2004;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Collection Systems Technician, contributed to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its
people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its
greatest appreciation to Joseph J. Vishy for his 29 years of exemplary
service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mr. Joseph J. Vishy.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 12, 2004.
