from wastewater user charges totaling Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-six
Thousand Sixty-nine Dollars ($2,966,069.00) within the Sanitary Replacement
Fund to the Debt Service Fund to provide funds to pay principal and interest on
outstanding Revenue Bonds for fiscal year 2004-2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that wastewater user charges
within the Sanitary Replacement Fund totaling Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-
six Thousand Sixty-nine Dollars ($2,966,069.00) are hereby transferred to the Debt
Service Fund to provide funds to pay principal and interest on outstanding Revenue
Bonds for fiscal year 2004-2005.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 13, 2005.
