HomeMy Public PortalAboutR3005RESOLUTION NO. 3005 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12745, adopted September 11, 2008, authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with New England Pension Consultants (“NEPC”) who would serve as the pension and deferred compensation investment consultant to the District’s Employees Pension and Deferred Compensation Plans, and WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and WHEREAS, the initial three-year renewal term of said contract is about to expire, and the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer desires to exercise its final option to renew said contract for an additional one-year term commencing on October 1, 2011. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District's final option to renew for an additional one-year term the contract with New England Pension Consultants (“NEPC”) whereby New England Pension Consultants (“NEPC”) will serve as the District's pension and deferred compensation investment consultant said contract renewal shall provide for a total fee not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 8, 2011 by the following vote – Ayes – E. Ross, D. Visintainer, J. Goffstein, R. Berry, and J. Buford. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
