WHEREAS, Subdistrict No. 2010094, Bond Place Sanitary Sewers (#2010094)
(11067) in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri was established on petition by Ordinance
No. 13237, adopted May 12, 2011 declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in said
Subdistrict to be paid for by special tax bills or other evidence of special benefit assessments to
be levied ratably by area on land benefited and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing was given, and
WHEREAS, the second of two public hearings was held on January 9, 2012 at the
Sunset Hills Community Center, 3915 S. Lindbergh Blvd, Sunset Hills, Missouri, 63127, at
which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that that Board of Trustees herby finds
and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of
approximately 50 feet of 8 inch diameter sanitary sewers and appurtenances, be made and further
determines to proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 9, 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – E. Ross, D. Visintainer, J. Goffstein, R. Berry, J. Buford, and M. Yates.
Nays – None.
