A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling Two
Million Four Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,448,320) from the
Districtwide Stormwater Fund to the Stormwater Operations & Maintenance Fund; and transferring
unencumbered appropriated balances and unencumbered fund balances totaling One Million Two
Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Dollars ($1,222,000) from the Wastewater Revenue Bond Service
Fund # 2804 to the Wastewater Revenue Bond Service Fund # 2810.
The following amounts are available for a transfer of funds:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
Section One: That the total sum of Three Million Six Hundred Seventy Thousand
Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($3,670,320.00) of appropriations is hereby transferred between
funds, and
Section Two: That the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-two Thousand
Dollars ($1,222,000.00) of fund balance is hereby transferred from the Wastewater Revenue Bond
Service Fund # 2804 to the Wastewater Revenue Bond Service Fund # 2810.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 12, 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – E. Ross, D. Visintainer, J. Goffstein, R. Berry, J. Buford, and M. Yates.
Nays – None.
