WHEREAS, Alvin Henderson has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from November 3, 1980, to his retirement effective May 1, 2012.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Collection Systems
Team Leader II contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public,
which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Alvin Henderson for his 31 years
of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Alvin Henderson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 10, 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – E. Ross, A. Mandel, J. Goffstein, R. Berry, J. Buford, and M. Yates.
Nays – None.
