HomeMy Public PortalAboutR3033RESOLUTION NO. 3033 WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (the District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that certain parcels of real property the District acquired as part of the Harlem - Baden Relief Phase IV (Hebert) Acquisition (10641) project shall be transferred to the neighboring property owner. WHEREAS, previously the Board of Trustees approved Ordinance No. 12817 adopted on February 12, 2009, which allowed for the acquisition and transfer of properties for flood mitigation purpose for the Harlem - Baden Relief Phase IV (Hebert) Acquisition (2003039A) project. WHEREAS, the transfer of certain parcels of real property is necessary to allow for the completion of Harlem - Baden Relief Phase IV (Hebert) Acquisition (10641) project and allow for the construction of a detention basin to relieve combined sewer overflows (CSO). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTESS OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The above described action is necessary to complete the previous Board action authorizing the District to perform the transfer of parcels to the neighboring property owner. Section Two. This determination is made pursuant to Ordinance No. 12817, adopted February 12, 2009. The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 14, 2012 by the following vote – Ayes – E. Ross, A. Mandel, J. Goffstein, R. Berry, J. Buford, M. Yates. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
