WHEREAS, Rebecca D. Dubishar has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from September 2, 1992, to her retirement effective July 1 , 2012.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Human Resources
Associate contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Rebecca D. Dubishar for her 19
years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Rebecca D. Dubishar.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 12, 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – J. Goffstein, J. Buford, D. Visintainer, R. Berry, and M. Yates.
Nays – None.
