WHEREAS, John R. Schoelch has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from June 24, 1985 to his retirement effective September 1, 2012.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Treatment Plant Team
Leader contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to John R. Schoelch for his 27 years
of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. John R. Schoelch.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 27, 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – E. Ross, R. Berry, A. Mandel, and J. Buford.
Nays – None.
