A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered fund balances totaling Four
Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,200,000.00) from the General Fund to the Sanitary
Replacement Fund.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
Section One: That the total sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($4,200,000.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund to the Sanitary Replacement Fund.
The following amounts are available for a transfer of funds:
