WHEREAS, Charlotte R. McCadney has served The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from March 19, 1980 to her retirement effective October 1, 2012.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Collection Systems
Team Leader 1 contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public,
which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Charlotte R. McCadney for her
32 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Charlotte R. McCadney.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 11, 2012 by the following vote-
Ayes – E. Ross, M. Yates, A. Mandel, J. Goffstein, and R. Berry.
Nays – None.
