WHEREAS, U. Wayne Humes has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from October 26, 1988, to his retirement effective January 1, 2013.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Operations Supervisor
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to U. Wayne Humes for his 24 years
of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. U. Wayne Humes.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on January 10, 2013.
