A RESOLUTION transferring unencumbered fund balances totaling One Million
Three Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Fifty-Three Dollars ($1,362,053) from the General fund to
the Workers’ Compensation Fund.
WHEREAS these funds were budgeted for workers compensation expenses in the
General Fund at the beginning of the fiscal year. Per Ordinance 13520, adopted October 11,
2012, workers compensation expenses will now be booked to the Workers' Compensation Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The total sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand
Fifty-Three Dollars ($1,362,053) is hereby be transferred between funds as follows:
The following amounts are available for a transfer of funds:
