WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13464, adopted August 9, 2012, authorized the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to amend a contract with Jason Consultants, LLC where by Jason Consultants, LLC
would provide a second year extension of a recurring Force Main Non-Destructive Evaluation
(Condition Assessment) Professional Services Agreement throughout the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety
Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00), and
WHEREAS, staff recommends a contract with Jason Consultants, LLC be
amended to include a second year extension of a recurring Professional Services Agreement to
perform Force Main Non-Destructive Evaluation (Condition Assessment) for a fee not to exceed
Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to amend a contract with Jason Consultants, LLC whereby Jason Consultants, LLC
would provide a second year extension of a recurring Force Main Non-Destructive Evaluation
(Condition Assessment) Professional Services Agreement throughout the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($390,000.00). Said amendment shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on September 12, 2013.
