A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered fund balances totaling Twelve
Million Five Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Dollars ($12,511,909.00) from the
Wastewater Revenue Fund to the General Fund.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11713, adopted April 22, 2004, states "Whenever at
the end of each Fiscal Year the amount of moneys in any account of the Sinking Fund exceeds
the amount then currently required to be held therein, the excess shall be transferred to the
Revenue Fund."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
Section One: That the total sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Eleven
Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Dollars ($12,511,909.00) is hereby transferred from the
Wastewater Revenue Fund to the General Fund.
