WHEREAS, Sharon D. Randle has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from December 7, 1992, to her retirement effective May 1, 2014.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as HR Generalist-Benefits
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Sharon D. Randle for her 21
years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Sharon D. Randle.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on June 12, 2014.
