WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13489, adopted September 27, 2012, authorized the
District to enter into the initial contract with McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc.
whereby McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc. would provide insurance brokerage and
insurance consultant services to the District, and now the District desires to renew said contract
for the second and final one (1) year renewal term from October 1, 2014 through
September 30, 2015.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3105, adopted August 8, 2013, authorized the first
one (1) year renewal term from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to exercise the District's second and final one (1) year renewal term, from October 1,
2014 through September 30, 2015 of the contract with McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri,
Inc. whereby McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc. will provide insurance brokerage
and insurance consultant services to the District. The contract shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on October 9, 2014.
