RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open l:'ubiic Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits rite exclusion of tire public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WIIEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of'Carteret, County o£ Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public slmll be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:

3. It is anticipated at this lime that tim above stated subject inatter will be made

4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
