A RESOLUTION, transferring fund balances totaling Three Million Four
Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Six Dollars ($3,427,366.00) from the
General Fund to the newly renamed General Insurance Fund. Prior expenditures and future
encumbrances will be appropriated through this fund based on the details described in Ordinance
14046.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
That the total sum of Three Million Four Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty Six Dollars ($3,427,366.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund to the
General Insurance Fund:
