WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
on behalf of itself, the District and the people it serves, would like to express its sincere
appreciation and gratitude to Jack Stein for his service as the Vice-Chair to the Rate Commission
and for his continued contribution as a Rate Commission Delegate.
WHEREAS, Jack Stein has served as a Rate Commission Delegate since 2001
and as Vice-Chair to the Rate Commission from 2001 to 2015.
WHEREAS, Jack Stein continues his contribution of serving as the Missouri
Industrial Energy Consumer's Rate Commission Delegate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; THAT this Board, on behalf of itself,
the District and the people it serves, herewith expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to
Jack Stein for his service as Vice-Chair to the Rate Commission and for his continued
contributions as a Rate Commission Delegate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT, a copy of this Resolution be presented to
Mr. Stein in recognition of his service and accomplishment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2015.
