WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
on behalf of itself, the District and the people it serves, would like to express its sincere
appreciation and gratitude to Nancy Bowser for her service as Secretary to the Rate Commission
and for her continued contribution as a Rate Commission Delegate.
WHEREAS, Nancy Bowser has served as a Rate Commission Delegate since
2001 and as Secretary to the Rate Commission from 2003 to 2015.
WHEREAS, Nancy Bowser continues her contribution of serving as League of
Women's Voters Rate Commission Delegate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself,
the District and the people it serves, herewith expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to
Nancy Bowser for her service as Secretary to the Rate Commission and for her continued
contributions as a Rate Commission Delegate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT, a copy of this Resolution be presented to
Ms. Bowser in recognition of her service and accomplishment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2015.
