WHEREAS, Janice M. Zimmerman has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from April 16, 2001 to her retirement effective May 1, 2015.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Director of Finance
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Janice M. Zimmerman for her 14
years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Janice M. Zimmerman
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2015.
