WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3205 will extend the contract with
Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc. that was previously authorized by Ordinance
No. 13113 Adopted July 8, 2010, and authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasury
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Public
Financial Management (PFM), Inc. whereby Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc. would
provide financial advisory services for the District, and
WHEREAS, said contract will expire on June 30, 2015, and
WHEREAS, PFM is involved with several assignments that are near completion
but are not anticipated to be fully complete until 2016, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to extend said contract for a time period that
would allow for successful completion of the projects being worked on by PFM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to extend for an additional one year term the contract ending on June 30, 2016 with
Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc. whereby Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc.
would provide financial advisory services for the District, said contract extension shall be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2015.
