WHEREAS, Joseph Williams has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from December 6, 1993, to his retirement effective July 1, 2015.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Instrumentation/
Electrical Technician contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the
public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Joseph Williams for his 21 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Joseph Williams.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 9, 2015.
