WHEREAS, Andrew Kurtz has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
from May 27, 1986, to his retirement effective September 1, 2015.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Construction Inspector
Senior contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Andrew Kurtz for his 29 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Andrew Kurtz.
