WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3234 will extend the contract with
Pavilion Advisory Group, Inc. (Pavilion) that was previously authorized by Ordinance
No. 13719, adopted September 12, 2013, and authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Pavilion to provide pension fund, deferred compensation plan, and defined contribution plan
investment consulting services for the District, and
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with four
(4) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, the contract is about to expire and the District desires to exercise its
option to renew said contract for a third one-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to exercise the District's option to renew for a third one-year term the contract with
Pavilion Advisory Group, Inc. to provide pension fund, deferred compensation plan, and defined
contribution plan investment consulting services for the District and shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
