WHEREAS, Jocelyn R. Thompson has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from October 3, 1988, to her retirement effective October 1, 2015.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Laboratory Technician
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Jocelyn R. Thompson for her 27 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Jocelyn R. Thompson.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on October 8, 2015.
