WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
(District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that two parcels of District real property
known and numbered as 6921 and 6927 Odell in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, 63139, are no
longer necessary or useful in the District’s operations, and therefore, should be declared as
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the
District, the above described parcels of real property are hereby determined to be no longer
necessary or useful in the District’s operations and are, therefore, declared surplus real property.
Section Two. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016
adopted September 18, 1991.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on May 12, 2016.
