WHEREAS, Robert C. Gibbonsmeyers has served The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from February 6, 1989, to his retirement effective August 1, 2016.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Division Inspector
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Robert C. Gibbonsmeyers for his 27
years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Robert C. Gibbonsmeyers
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on August 11, 2016.
