WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3325 will exercise option year one
(1) of the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 14328, adopted February 11, 2016,
and authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute would
perform Customer Satisfaction Surveying services for the District;
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with two (2)
additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its
option to renew said contract for an additional one-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director is
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the
District’s option to renew for an additional one-year renewal term, the contract with ETC
Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform 2016 Customer Satisfaction Surveying Services for
the District, and said contract renewal shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on December 8, 2016.
