A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling One
Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,850,000.00) from the General Fund #1101 to
the Water Backup Fund #4104 to cover the cost of additional water backup claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT;
Section One: The total sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($1,850,000.00) of unencumbered appropriations is hereby transferred from the General
Fund #1101 to the Water Backup Fund #4104.
The following amounts are available for a transfer of appropriations:
