WHEREAS, Ruby L. Bonner served on the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from May 8, 2014, to December 31 2017, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Bonner's strong leadership, knowledge and expertise imparted
direction and stability to the District, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Bonner's contribution serving on the Stakeholder Relations,
Program Management, Audit, and Pension Committees, and serving as chair of the Finance
Committee, assured a continued diligent focus on the District’s fiscal matters, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Bonner's contributions to the St. Louis Community reach far
beyond her service on the District's Board, including, but not limited to serving as a member of
numerous non-profit and other organizations through the St. Louis Region, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; THAT, this Board on behalf of itself,
the District and the people it serves, herewith expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to
Ruby L. Bonner for her service on the Board of Trustees and for her many contributions to the
St. Louis Community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT, a copy of this Resolution be presented to
Ms. Bonner in recognition of her service and accomplishment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on January 11, 2018.
