Home My Public Portal AboutR3393 - FIN - OMCI Close Funds and Transfer Fund BalanceRESOLUTION NO. 3393 WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3393 will transfer sums of monies from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Funds of Fountain Creek 5569, North Affton 5579, North Kinloch 5580, and Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres, and any monies hereinafter received by said Fund as follows: Fund to be Reduced Fund to Receive Any Remaining Balance 5569 Fountain Creek OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5579 North Affton OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5580 North Kinloch OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5592 Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund WHEREAS, many of these funds are no longer being used or have balances that are insufficient to meet the needs of the sub district, or are covered by some other sub district; WHEREAS, the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek 5569 created by Ordinance No. 377, adopted March 18, 1960; the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of North Affton 5579 created by Ordinance No. 22, adopted June 20, 1955; the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of North Kinloch 5580 created by Ordinance No. 1002, adopted August 7, 1963; and the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres created by Ordinance No. 3484, adopted April 12, 1978 have all accomplished the purposes for which they were established; and WHEREAS, various monies remain in the aforesaid funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT: Section One: That the remaining sums shall be transferred between accounts as follows: Fund to be Reduced Fund to Receive Any Remaining Balance 5569 Fountain Creek OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5579 North Affton OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5580 North Kinloch OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund 5592 Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres OMCI 5130 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund The foregoing Resolution was adopted on January 11, 2018.
