WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3406 will exercise option year one
(1) of the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 14596 adopted January 12, 2017,
which authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP,
whereby CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP would provide an independent audit of the accounting
records of the District.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with four
(4) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its first
(1st) of four (4) option years to renew said contract for an additional one-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director
and Secretar y-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to exercise the District's option to renew for the first one-year renewal term the
contract with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP whereby CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP would provide an
independent audit of all accounts and funds of the District and all Sub-districts, and said
contract renewal shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
This foregoing Resolution was adopted on February 15, 2018.
