WHEREAS, per Section 8.020 of the Charter Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, the District requests that Annette Adams be reappointed to serve as a Civil
Service Commissioner for a second three (3) year term;
WHEREAS, per Section 8.020 of the Charter Plan a Civil Service Commissioner
shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years and shall serve no more than two (2) terms plus
any portion of an unexpired term;
WHEREAS, on February 12, 2015, Annette Adams was appointed by the Board
of Trustees to serve as a Civil Service Commissioner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, THAT the Board hereby reappoints
Annette Adams to serve as a Civil Service Commissioner for a second three (3) year term from
February 12, 2018 to February 12, 2021.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on June 14, 2018.
